From first conversation
to ongoing support.

1

Initial Conversation

We start by understanding your project, your team, and your goals. This conversation covers the type of development, the buyer profile, the current state of the sales team, and any specific challenges you've identified. No forms. No templates. A direct conversation.

Project type and stage
Team size and composition
Buyer profile overview
Current challenges
2

Team Diagnosis

Before designing anything, we observe. We may attend a sales session, listen to calls, or review current materials. The goal is to identify the actual gaps rather than assumed ones. What's working stays. What isn't gets addressed directly.

Skills assessment
Communication habits review
Sales material evaluation
Gap identification
3

Program Design

We build the training program from the diagnosis. The content, sequence, and exercises are specific to your project and team. We define the format — on-site, remote, or hybrid — and the session structure before presenting the proposal to you.

Custom content development
Session sequencing
Exercise design
Format and logistics

Delivery

Sessions are practical from the first minute. We combine explanation with role-play, scenario exercises, and group discussion. Feedback is given in real time. The goal is for advisors to leave each session with something they can apply the next day.

Facilitated workshops
Role-play exercises
Real-time feedback
Scenario-based learning
5

Reinforcement and Follow-up

Skills developed in training need reinforcement in the field. We provide post-session support to address questions, observe how skills are being applied, and adjust the approach if new challenges emerge. The program doesn't end when the last session does.

Post-session check-ins
Field observation
Ongoing adjustments
Additional coaching as needed

The first step is
a conversation.
